Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please check your order carefully when received to make sure that your name, county, expiration date, identification number or other applicable information are correct. We will replace any incorrect notary public stamp or seal at no charge but we will not be responsible for any costs incurred from their use.
